Federation: 'don't make tenants complain via MPs and councillors'
The Federation is to oppose a measure in the Localism Bill that would mean that if a tenant wanted to take a complaint to the Housing Ombudsman they would only be able to do so through an MP, councillor or tenants’ panel. Read the full story on our website....
